Planking, Transom and 4 fitted Knees (African or Brazilian Mahogany) Thwart, Side Seats and Centre Case (African or Brazilian Mahogany)
Timbers or Ribs (French oak)
Deck beams and Perlings (Sitka Spruce or Western red Cedar) floor boards (9mm Ply)

FINS

Carbon fibre re-enforced rudder (cedar core)
Ballast Keel (Bronze)
Centre plate (Bronze)

PAINTS AND FIXINGS

Hull 3 coats WRA 200, 4 coats Sp high build primer, 1 coat colour primer, 2 top coats.
Inside, 4 coats WRA 200 (under decks behind all frames), 6 coats Polyurethane varnish.
Decks, Transom, Stem and Spars, 4 coats WRA 200, 6 coats 2 pack Polyurethane varnish.
Products (brushes rollers tape etc)
Copper fastenings and Glues

LABOUR

Build bare hull
Build Floor Boards, Jib Pole, Bow Sprit, Rudder, Paddle, Fit Bronze Keel

Paint, Seal and Varnish hull and all parts as described above


Fittings
Air Bags (make to be agreed)
Pulleys, Cleats, Jib roller reefing and blocks (good quality, to be agreed)
Toe Straps (webbing)
